Features

Bill of materials contains all the parts and assemblies required to build a complete and shippable product. This may include any cobination of items. It also incorporates items that are used in the assembly process, like liquid adhesives or tape. Both off-the-shelf (OTS) components and custom, made-to-specification (MTS) parts belong on a manufacturing bill of materials, as well as non-tangible items like firmware. Any item that can be found in the final boxed product needs to be included at some level of the manufacturing BOM.

Some parts require processing—like pad printing, painting or programming—before they are ready to be assembled into a final product. While only the altered part is assembled into the final product, both the pre-processed base part and the finished part are represented on the manufacturing BOM. The manufacturing team needs to know about all the processing steps in order to make critical decisions about which steps will be performed in-house and which will get outsourced to a separate vendor. The location of the processing may be changed during the life of the product to reduce costs, improve quality or increase flexibility.

Newer releases allow for changing  language elements. Simply update your profile settings and the system will convert pages elements into your home language as best it can. With support for over 50 languages there may be certain elements we've missed :)

Since countries head more towards Software as a Service (SaaS). We provide software distribution model in which applications support multiple languages helping us better engage with our international clients.

Languages are trained into our database the very first time a user loads up a page. If a page is loaded that has never been accessed in the language you've chosen, you will experience a delay. However subsequent access to that page from then onwards will be at normal speeds. Please forward any word conversion issues should you come across any.

LinkTivate will slowly transition to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) from the existing GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles). The shift is a small step in allowing users around the world to transact in a transparent and understandable business arena.

The current systems will maintain the existing accounting standards and reporting structures applicable to that country. Features may deprecate over time depending on the level of IFRS in the country. Accountants will then be able to maintain books of accounts which are similar, understandable, reliable and relevant as per their customers around the world.
